Tracking and support

Every QR code link automatically includes a qrcode parameter based on the QR-code name you enter.

For example, if you name the QR code “London Calling 2027”, the link will include:

https://example.com/event?qrcode=london-calling-2027

Use the qrcode value to identify traffic from that QR code in Heap or HubSpot. In this example, look for qrcode=london-calling-2027.

If this QR code is part of a marketing campaign, use the campaign link generated in HubSpot as its destination URL. The QR-code generator keeps any existing campaign tracking parameters and adds the qrcode parameter.
